Our Story

Our Story

Chimera & Co exists for collectors who crave the extraordinary. Our name comes from Greek mythology — a creature assembled from parts that don't belong together, yet somehow do. It is the perfect word for what Cuban-born artist Enrique Gómez de Molina creates: hybrid sculptures that fuse familiar animal forms into something entirely new — at once beautiful, unsettling, and impossible to forget. His work has been exhibited in museums and galleries for more than a decade.

Our role is to translate that world into finely crafted prints and canvas works. Every edition is produced in small, carefully controlled runs using archival materials and color-managed workflows so the luminous detail of each feather, scale, and texture is preserved. From the moment a piece arrives, it feels less like décor and more like a future heirloom.

A portion of every sale is donated to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to support habitat protection and wildlife conservation — so the wild lives behind this art have a chance to thrive.

"The creatures of Chimera & Co. live at the edge of imagination but the animals that inspire them are very real, and increasingly vulnerable." — Chimera & Co.

Habitat loss, climate change, and the global wildlife trade pressure species worldwide. Conservation depends on shifting demand and strengthening protection before it's too late.

By presenting these hybrids as objects of wonder rather than trophies, we aim to move the conversation from ownership to stewardship.
